Fabricated labyrinth weir construction structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an assembly type labyrinth weir construction structure and a construction method thereof. A labyrinth weir wall body structure is formed by a plurality of assembly unit bodies; the assembling unit bodies corresponding up and down are connected in an inserted mode through steel bars and sleeves, pouring gaps are formed, and concrete filling layers are poured and filled in the pouring gaps. The transversely-corresponding splicing unit bodies are connected in an inserted mode through the inserting groove structures of the side walls, and a butt joint seam between every two transversely-butt-jointed splicing unit bodies is coated with a concrete sealing layer. According to the labyrinth weir wall body structure, the vertical direction is limited through the steel bar sleeve, connection is achieved through the concrete filling layer, connection is achieved through the inserting groove structures in the transverse direction, transverse displacement can be limited, sealing of butt joints is guaranteed through the concrete sealing layer, on-site prefabrication and installation can be rapidly achieved, and the construction efficiency is improved. A stable connection relation is formed between the layers and between the columns through a layer-by-layer building mode, and the construction efficiency is improved under the condition that the structural strength is not affected.
本发明公开了一种装配式迷宫堰施工结构及其施工方法,通过多块拼装单元本体组成迷宫堰墙体结构;上下对应的拼装单元本体之间通过钢筋和套筒插接,并形成浇筑间隙,浇筑间隙内浇筑填充混凝土填充层;横向对应的拼装单元本体之间通过侧壁的插槽结构插接,并在两个横向对接的拼装单元本体之间的对接缝上涂覆混凝土封闭层。本发明提供的迷宫堰墙体结构竖向方向通过钢筋套管限位,并通过混凝土填充层连接,横向之间通过插槽结构连接,能够限制横向位移,混凝土封闭层保证对接缝的密封,本发明能够快速实现现场的预制安装,通过逐层搭建方式使得层与层之间,列与列之间形成一种稳定的连接关系,在不影响结构强度的情况下,提高了施工效率。
