The device comprises a main cylinder, an inner socket ring, a discharging box and a movable flashboard, the main cylinder is a cylinder with a through bottom, a discharging port communicated with an inner cavity of the main cylinder is formed in one side of the bottom end of the main cylinder, and the inner socket ring is a section of annular steel plate and is tightly connected to the bottom end of the inner side of the main cylinder; the bottom end of the inner socket ring partially protrudes out of the bottom end of the main cylinder, the outer diameter of the inner socket ring is equal to the inner diameter of the pile casing, a limiting device mutually limited with the pile casing is arranged on the outer surface of the bottom end of the main cylinder, the discharging box is connected to the outer side of a discharging port of the main cylinder, and the movable flashboard is connected between the discharging port and the discharging box. According to the device, after the laitance reaches the preset height, the laitance on the pile top can be rapidly removed, so that the cast-in-place concrete pile just reaches the designed elevation, the problems caused by manual pile cutting in the later period are avoided, the construction progress is accelerated, the quality of concrete on the pile top can be ensured, and the cost can be saved.
本发明快速排除灌注桩桩头浮浆的装置,包括主筒、内承插环、卸料盒、活动闸板,主筒是底部贯通的圆筒,主筒底端一侧设有连通主筒内腔的出料口,内承插环是一段圆环形钢板,内承插环紧密连接在主筒内侧底端,且内承插环底端部分突出主筒底端,内承插环的外径与桩护筒的内径相等,主筒底端外表面设置有与桩护筒相互限位的限位装置,卸料盒连接在主筒的出料口外侧,活动闸板连接在出料口与卸料盒之间。采用本发明装置在浮浆达到预定高度后能够快速将桩顶浮浆排除,使得混凝土灌注桩刚好达到设计标高,避免后期人工截桩带来的问题,既加快施工进度,又能够确保桩顶混凝土质量,还能节约成本。
