The invention discloses a closed loop stirrup structure for penetrating a water stop steel plate and a mounting method of the closed loop stirrup structure. The end of a [-shaped hoop of the closed loop stirrup structure is provided with a thread, and the water stop steel plate is provided with a hole corresponding to the [-shaped hoop; the two [-shaped hoops are respectively mounted through corresponding holes in the water stop steel plate, and one [-shaped hoop is mounted on one side of the upstream face of the water stop steel plate through a nut, a gasket and a rubber water stop pad; the other C-shaped hoop is mounted on one side of the downstream face of the water stop steel plate through a straight thread sleeve and a gasket, and the ends of the two C-shaped hoops are connected to the center of the straight thread sleeve to form a closed-loop-shaped stirrup; a conventional stirrup is arranged at the lower end of the water stop steel plate, and longitudinal main ribs are installed in the periphery of the U-shaped hoop and the stirrup. The arrangement problem of the stirrups at the position of the water stop steel plate is solved, and installation is easy and convenient; the closed loop stirrup for penetrating the water stop steel plate can be prefabricated in advance according to installation requirements, standardized production is achieved, and on-site installation efficiency and construction quality can be greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种穿止水钢板用闭环箍筋结构及其安装方法,闭环箍筋结构的“匚”型箍的端头带有螺纹,止水钢板上有与“匚”型箍对应的孔洞;两个“匚”型箍分别通过止水钢板上对应的孔洞安装,其中一个“匚”型箍通过螺母、垫片、橡胶止水垫安装在止水钢板迎水面一侧;另一个“匚”型箍通过直螺纹套筒、垫片安装在止水钢板背水面的一侧,两个“匚”型箍端头相接于直螺纹套筒中央形成闭环状箍筋;止水钢板的下端是常规的箍筋,“匚”型箍和箍筋的四周内安装有纵向主筋。本发明解决了止水钢板处箍筋的设置问题,安装较为简单、便捷;穿止水钢板用闭环箍筋可以根据安装需求提前预制,标准化生产,可以大大提高现场的安装效率及施工质量。
