Truss track cantilever I-shaped steel mounting method
The invention discloses a mounting method for cantilever I-shaped steel of a truss track. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, connecting the I-shaped steel with an adapter in a protective fence through a steel wire rope; 2, the I-shaped steel is lifted out of the outer side of the protective fence, and the indoor end of the I-shaped steel is firstly inserted into the embedded steel ring; 3, adjusting the I-shaped steel, fixing the I-shaped steel, adjusting the steel wire rope, tensioning the steel wire rope, and then mounting the rail I-shaped steel; 4, collecting the site construction images in the steps 1-3 in real time, and storing the site construction images; and 5, comparing the on-site construction image with a standard image in a standard library, and judging whether the construction site is safe or not. According to the invention, the support system can be monitored in real time in the construction process and after successful assembly, so that a part of manpower is saved, a patrol neutral position can be avoided, and the safety of the whole scaffold system is greatly facilitated.
本发明公开了一种桁架轨道悬挑工字钢安装方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:步骤1:在防护栏内把工字钢与转接件通过钢丝绳连接;步骤2:将所述工字钢抬出防护栏外侧,将所述工字钢在室内的一端先插入预埋钢环内;步骤3:调整所述工字钢,并对所述工字钢进行固定,调整所述钢丝绳,将钢丝绳拉紧,然后进行轨道工字钢安装;步骤4:实时采集步骤1至3的现场施工图像,并将所述现场施工图像储存;步骤5:将所述现场施工图像与标准库中的标准图像进行对比,并判断施工现场是否安全。本发明可以起到对施工过程以及组装成功后的支撑系统进行实时监控的作用,不但节省了一部分人力,还能够避免出现巡查空挡,大大有利于整个脚手架系统的安全。
