Multi-span cantilever atrium truss mounting method
The invention discloses a mounting method for a multi-span cantilever atrium truss. Relates to the technical field of building construction, and comprises the following steps of: reversely supplementing a cantilever structure, complementing a cantilever truss into a full-span truss, adjusting a stress system of the cantilever structure, and integrally lifting the multi-span cantilever truss by adopting synchronous hydraulic pressure for mounting; constructing a main body, reserving a hanging structure assembly hole, and installing measure embedded parts; mounting lower chords and secondary beams of a lower truss of the hanging structure; sequentially mounting the lower chords, the upper chords, the web members, the diagonal web members and the secondary beams of the first section to the seventh section; supplementing temporary reinforcing rod pieces in the mounting process; mounting the secondary beams between the first section to the seventh section; mounting a tie bar between the first section and the seventh section; mounting a lifting platform after ground assembly is completed, and then mounting a lifter and a steel strand; and starting lifting. According to the construction method, the construction risk is reduced, and meanwhile more accurate point location measurement and error control are achieved.
本发明公开了一种多跨悬挑中庭桁架安装方法。涉及建筑施工技术领域,包括:对悬挑结构进行反向增补,把悬挑桁架补全为全跨桁架,调整悬挑结构的受力体系,再采用同步液压整体提升多跨悬挑桁架进行安装;主体施工,预留吊挂结构拼装洞口,安装措施埋件,设置地面拼装支撑系统→安装吊挂结构下层桁架的下弦杆和次梁→依次安装第一段至第七段的下弦杆、上弦杆、腹杆、斜腹杆和次梁→安装过程中补齐临时加固杆件→安装第一段至第七段之间的次梁,最后安装悬挑结构→安装第一段和第七段之间的系杆→地面拼装完成后安装提升平台,随后安装提升器及钢绞线→开始提升。本施工方法降低了施工的风险,同时也实现了更为精准的点位测量与误差控制。
