According to the water-based concrete capable of improving durability and the preparation method thereof, raw materials of water-permeable concrete are used as basic materials, and tetrapod-like zinc oxide whiskers, pre-dispersed polyacrylate modified mica powder copolymer feed liquid and toughening fibers are matched to serve as additives; according to the water-based concrete, a calcium sulphoaluminate expanding agent and a silicone acrylic emulsion are used as expanding agents, tetrapod-like zinc oxide whiskers and pre-dispersed polyacrylate modified mica powder copolymer liquid are used as additives, so that the components have a synergistic effect, and the obtained water-based concrete is good in permeability coefficient and compressive strength, relatively high in durability index which can reach 133, and 26.5 mm in carbonization depth value; the water-based concrete can improve the absorption degree of the water-based concrete to the impact capacity, effectively prevent the development, extension and combination of microcracks, and contribute to improving the durability of the water-based concrete.
本发明提出了一种提高耐久性的水性混凝土及其制备方法,本发明以透水混凝土的原料为基础料,分别搭配以四针状氧化锌晶须、预分散聚丙烯酸酯改性云母粉共聚物料液和增韧纤维作为外加剂,以硫铝酸钙膨胀剂和硅丙乳液作为膨胀剂,其中,以四针状氧化锌晶须、预分散聚丙烯酸酯改性云母粉共聚物料液作为外加剂,使组分间协同增效,获得的水性混凝土透水系数和抗压强度良好,耐久性指数较高,可达到133,碳化深度值为26.5mm,可提高水性混凝土对冲击能力的吸收程度,并有效阻止微裂纹的发展、延伸与合并,有助于提高水性混凝土的耐久性。
