The invention relates to a basement deep foundation pit replacement support which is characterized in that a concrete force transmission belt is arranged between a basement outer wall and a foundation pit row pile, the concrete force transmission belt comprises a vertical force transmission belt corresponding to a basement outer wall frame column and a horizontal force transmission belt corresponding to a ground floor and a floor slab, and a grid formed by the horizontal force transmission belt and the vertical force transmission belt is filled with graded gravel; a steel pipe inclined support is arranged at a broken plate in the foundation pit; dowel bars are arranged in all post-cast strip construction joints in the foundation pit and fractures of floor slabs; the invention further provides a construction method of the basement deep foundation pit replacement support. The construction method comprises the steps that the steel pipe inclined support is installed at the position of a broken plate in a foundation pit to reinforce and transfer force; comprising the following steps: mounting dowel bars at a post-cast strip construction joint and a hole opening constructed in a foundation pit; comprising the steps that a concrete force transmission belt and graded gravel are filled in a manure groove between a basement outer wall and a foundation pit row pile; the structures in the foundation pit are combined into an integral force transmission system, and after the inner support is removed, the force transmission system effectively supports the foundation pit structure.
