The invention discloses an efficient green support changing type basement foundation pit construction method. The method comprises the following steps that fender posts and stand column piles are constructed below a natural ground plane; digging downwards from a natural ground plane to a supporting bottom surface, and then constructing a supporting beam; after the supporting beams reach the design strength, excavation is conducted to a bottom plate (the process is repeated for multiple supporting beam projects), and a concrete cushion layer is poured on the bottom plate; concrete is poured on the cushion layer to the edge of the fender post, and a bottom plate replacement support is formed; constructing to form a first concrete outer wall and a first top plate of a negative second layer; after the strength of the first concrete outer wall meets the requirement, the fertilizer groove is filled with liquid backfill materials; an adjustable steel replacement support is installed above the liquid backfill material, and then a supporting beam is dismantled; and constructing to form a second concrete outer wall and a second top plate of a negative layer (for more than two layers of basements, repeating the process), removing the adjustable steel replacement support, and after the strength of the second concrete outer wall meets the requirement, continuing to fill the liquid backfill material into the fertilizer groove until the backfill is completed.
