The invention discloses an anti-floating anchor rod annular supporting frame which comprises a first supporting ring, supporting ribs and a second supporting ring, the first supporting ring and the second supporting ring are coaxially arranged, and the multiple supporting ribs are arranged between the first supporting ring and the second supporting ring; wherein a friction structure for increasing friction force is arranged on the inner side wall of a ring body of the first supporting ring; when the anti-floating anchor rod is poured, a rod body of the anti-floating anchor rod is sleeved with a plurality of supporting frames, first supporting rings of the supporting frames are fixedly connected with the rod body, second supporting rings of the supporting frames make contact with the side wall of an anchor rod hole of the anti-floating anchor rod, and therefore supporting of the rod body is completed. According to the supporting frame, accurate positioning of the anti-floating anchor rod body can be effectively completed, the thickness of a concrete protection layer around the anti-floating anchor rod body is ensured, and corrosion of underground water to the anchor rod body is avoided. When the supporting frame is made of plastic, the supporting frame is produced through a large number of machines in a factory, production speed is high, efficiency is high, cost is low, and universality is good.
