The short limb edge of the angle steel is attached to the upper wing plate or the lower wing plate of the H-shaped steel beam, an upper steel plate is arranged on the top face of the upper wing plate of the H-shaped steel beam, the upper steel plate is fixed to the upper wing plate of the H-shaped steel beam and the short limb edge of the angle steel on the same side through a plurality of bolts, and a lower steel plate is arranged on the bottom face of the lower wing plate of the H-shaped steel beam.
