A ganged brick outer wall is reserved to serve as an outer skin, a buttress structure system is adopted to support the outer wall during rebuilding, a raft foundation with high integrity is adopted in the interior to be connected with a raw rubble foundation into a whole, then a rebuilding frame and the outer wall are tied into a whole during internal rebuilding, the structural strength of a rebuilt building is improved, and the commercialization requirement is met.
