Method for promoting wetting and spreading of brazing filler metal on ceramic surface
The invention relates to a method for promoting wetting and spreading of brazing filler metal on a ceramic surface, which comprises the following steps of: 1) grinding, polishing and cleaning the surface of a base metal, performing vacuum evaporation on a metal layer on one smooth side of the ceramic by using a thermal resistance evaporator, and processing a plurality of grooves on the surface of the base metal coated with the metal layer by using a deep ultraviolet laser, therefore, regular hexagonal prism microfluidics are obtained on the surface of the base material; (2) the surface of the base metal is cleaned with absolute ethyl alcohol, and metal and ceramic powder on the surface of the base metal are removed; and (3) the smooth surface of the base metal and the regular hexagonal prism micro-fluidic surface are wetted through Ag-Cu brazing filler metal. The method can improve the wetting and spreading capacity of the brazing filler metal on the ceramic surface. By adjusting the structural parameters of the microfluidic surface, the change of the promotion effect and the inhibition effect on the wetting and spreading of the high-temperature brazing filler metal can be realized.
本发明涉及一种促进钎料在陶瓷表面润湿铺展的方法,1)对母材表面进行磨样、抛光及清洗,再使用热阻蒸发仪在光滑的陶瓷一侧真空蒸镀金属层,再使用深紫外激光器在镀金属层的母材表面加工若干沟槽,其中,各沟槽形成网格形结构,从而在母材表面获得正六棱柱微流控;2)对母材表面用无水乙醇进行清洗,去除母材表面的金属及陶瓷粉末;3)采用Ag‑Cu钎料对母材光滑表面及正六棱柱微流控表面分别进行润湿,该方法能够改善钎料在陶瓷表面的润湿铺展能力。通过调节微流控表面的结构参数,就可以实现对高温钎料润湿铺展的促进作用和抑制作用的改变。
