The column pile mold comprises an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve which are installed at a pile hole, the upper side of the inner sleeve is supported on the upper side of the outer sleeve through a supporting frame and is detachably fixed, a plurality of rotating rollers are installed on an opening portion of the upper side of the inner sleeve, and the roller surfaces of the rotating rollers are in an arc shape. Roll surfaces corresponding to the plurality of rollers form a circular opening at the opening part of the inner sleeve for smooth transition. A pile driver is adopted for punching, then the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve are positioned and installed, the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve slide into the inner sleeve along the rotating roller, a reinforcement cage is positioned and installed, a grouting pipe is inserted along the axis of the reinforcement cage, the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve are detached, and pile construction is completed. The reinforcement cage can be accurately positioned, position deviation of the reinforcement cage is prevented in the grouting process, the reinforcement cage serves as a steel structure and is evenly distributed in the pile body, and the structural performance is better.
本发明公开了一种柱桩模具及筑桩方法,包括安装于桩孔处的外套筒和内套筒,内套筒上侧通过支撑架支撑于外套筒上侧,并可拆卸式固定,内套筒上侧口部安装有多个转辊,转辊的辊面为弧形,多个转辊对应的辊面在内套筒口部形成圆形口,用于平滑过渡。采用打桩机打孔,然后定位安装外套筒和内套筒,顺着转辊滑入内套筒,进行定位安装钢筋笼,将注浆管沿钢筋笼轴心插入,拆除内套筒及外套筒,完成筑桩。可以准确定位钢筋笼,在注浆的过程中防止钢筋笼发生位置偏移,钢筋笼作为钢结构,均匀分布于桩体中,结构性能更好。
