The invention relates to the technical field of concrete pouring, and particularly discloses a concrete underwater pouring construction method which comprises the following steps: step A) manufacturing a waterproof ice block; (B) the waterproof ice blocks are transported to a pouring site; c) putting the waterproof ice block into the guide pipe, and fixing the waterproof ice block; d) performing primary pouring, pouring concrete into the hopper, and loosening the waterproof ice blocks after the pouring amount of the primary poured concrete is reached, so that the concrete presses the ice blocks and is conveyed to a to-be-poured part from the guide pipe; and step E), concrete is continuously poured after first pouring is completed, after the underwater concrete pouring construction method is adopted, the concrete can press the waterproof ice blocks to the outlet of the guide pipe and then float upwards, the problem of slag inclusion in the concrete is avoided, and even if the waterproof ice blocks are clamped at the pouring position due to too dense pile foundation steel bars or insufficient gaps of the lower opening of the guide pipe, the pouring position can not be blocked. However, in the process of mutual friction of hydration heat and concrete gravels, the concrete can be converted into liquid, and it is effectively guaranteed that the concrete pouring quality is not affected.
本发明涉及混凝土浇筑技术领域,具体公开了一种混凝土水下浇筑施工方法,该施工方法包括:步骤A)制作隔水冰块;步骤B)将隔水冰块运输至浇筑现场;步骤C)将隔水冰块置入导管内,并将隔水冰块固定;步骤D)进行首灌,往料斗内注入混凝土,达到首灌混凝土的浇筑量后,松开隔水冰块,使混凝土压着冰块从导管输送至待浇筑部位;步骤E)首灌完成后继续浇筑混凝土,采用水下混凝土浇筑施工方法后,混凝土能将隔水冰块压至导管出口后并上浮,避免混凝土中出现夹渣问题,即使隔水冰块因桩基钢筋过密或导管下口缝隙不足而卡在浇筑部位,但是在水化热、混凝土碎石互相摩擦的过程中也会化作液体,有效保证混凝土浇筑质量不受影响。
