The method comprises the following steps that an upper underground diaphragm wall groove is constructed; a lower pouring hole is formed in the upper diaphragm wall groove; the lower reinforcement cage is tried to be hoisted, and the lower reinforcement cage is hoisted into the lower pouring hole from the upper underground diaphragm wall groove so that the installation position of the lower reinforcement cage can be positioned; after trial hoisting is completed, the lower reinforcement cage is hoisted, and the upper end of the lower reinforcement cage is made to be higher than the lower pouring hole; lifting of the lower reinforcement cage is stopped; after welding is completed, the upper underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage and the lower reinforcement cage are integrally lowered, and it is ensured that the elevation of the upper underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage and the elevation of the lower reinforcement cage meet the design value; and an integral pouring process.
