The invention designs a container yard corner support capable of adjusting settlement and a construction method thereof, and the container yard corner support comprises a bearing steel structure, an adjusting steel plate, a fixing system and a concrete foundation; the bearing steel structure is arranged on an adjusting steel plate, the adjusting steel plate is connected with a concrete foundation through a fixing system, and the fixing system comprises a positioning steel plate, a bolt and a nut. The positioning steel plate is laid on the lower side of the adjusting steel plate and fixed to the concrete foundation through bolts and nuts, and the bolts are arranged in anchoring holes pre-embedded in the concrete foundation and firmly bonded with the concrete foundation through bonding materials. A high-strength mortar layer is further arranged between the positioning steel plate and the concrete foundation and used for firmly bonding the positioning steel plate and the concrete foundation to form a whole. The supports are placed at the four corners of the container, so that the probability that the container overturns on the soft soil foundation is reduced, and finally the container is stable.
