An oil suction conveying structure is longitudinally arranged between the connecting positions of the two oil gathering structures and the oil tanker body, an oil collecting barrel is arranged on the oil tanker body, the lower end of the oil suction conveying structure is arranged below the liquid level, and the oil suction conveying structure conveys oil towards the oil collecting barrel and separates the oil into the oil collecting barrel at the oil collecting barrel.
