本发明的建筑物抗浮用预应力加载式囊式扩体锚杆,包括锚杆、囊袋、锚固板和螺旋箍筋,建筑物待抗浮区域设置有底板和基底,基底位于底板的下方;其特征在于:底板、基底以及基底下方的地基上开设有竖向的钻孔,锚杆插入钻孔中;锚杆下部的周围设置有高压旋喷扩大腔,囊袋固定于位于高压旋喷扩大腔中的锚杆上,囊袋中浇筑有囊内水泥结石体,囊袋外围的高压旋喷扩大腔中浇筑有囊外注浆水泥体。本发明的囊式扩体锚杆及施工方法,当建筑物受到上浮力时,首先被预应力抵消一部分,抵消后的上浮力作用于锚杆上,由于囊内水泥结石体和囊外注浆水泥体的存在,使得锚杆可承受较大上浮力,而不会导致灌浆体开裂。
