The invention provides a long gentle slope water and soil loss treatment device which comprises mouse channels, concealed pipes, open trenches, a side wall top cover plate and a slope surface, the concealed pipes are embedded in the longitudinal axis of the slope surface, multiple groups of mouse channels are embedded in the two sides of the longitudinal axis of the slope surface, and the open trenches are arranged below the slope surface; according to the method, a mouse channel is excavated on a slope waterline for diversion, extends to the bottom from the top and is discharged to a stable water channel, water flow is retained and stored in an open channel around a farmland, and a stable vegetation area is arranged in the open channel. The rat channel is used for guiding and draining water, and the stream along the slope is dispersed and cut off without causing an erosion ditch, so that the erosion is reduced.
