The thermoplastic composite material building formwork comprises a main body and reinforcing ribs, the main body comprises a top plate and side plates connected with the periphery of the top plate, the included angle between the top plate and the side plates is an obtuse angle, the joints between the top plate and the side plates are arc-shaped, one ends of the side plates are connected with the top plate, and the opposite ends of the side plates are bent outwards to form bent parts; the bending part is parallel to the top plate; the reinforcing ribs comprise the first reinforcing ribs and the second reinforcing ribs, the first reinforcing ribs and the second reinforcing ribs which are parallel to each other are arranged on the inner side face of the body, and the first reinforcing ribs and the second reinforcing ribs are perpendicularly arranged. The main body is made of a continuous glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite material, and the reinforcing ribs and the bending part are made of a long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite material. The mold shell disclosed by the invention has good weather resistance and excellent vibration resistance and impact resistance.
