Magnalium building formwork and forming method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of magnalium casting, in particular to a magnalium building formwork and a forming method thereof. The magnalium building formwork comprises a formwork body cast and formed with magnalium. The lower surface of the formwork body is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs and two arc-shaped handles. The reinforcing ribs are crossed to form a grid shape. The lower surface of the formwork body circumferentially extends downwards to form an installing edge. The installing edge is provided with installing holes. The upper surface of the formwork body is coated with an anti-sticking agent. The forming method includes the steps of assembling, material preparing, preheating, material injecting, die casting, shaping, machining and surface processing. The magnalium building formwork can reduce concrete stickiness and can be repeatedly used for a long time.
