A supporting leg fixing plate is arranged on the lower portion of the steel framework, two supporting legs are symmetrically arranged on the front side of the supporting leg fixing plate, and a handrail extending downwards is arranged at the lower end of the steel framework. The device can effectively improve the paving speed of the coiled material, realizes the automatic operation of paving and compacting, ensures the construction quality, and is simple to operate and wide in application range.
