Comprising a paving vehicle provided with a coiled material support; the guide roller is arranged on the paving vehicle, and the guide roller is located on the rear side of the coiled material support in the advancing direction of the paving vehicle; the pressing and pasting roller is arranged on the paving vehicle, and the pressing and pasting roller is located behind the guide roller in the advancing direction of the paving vehicle; the flame heater comprises a combustion protection shell, one end of the combustion protection shell is provided with a heating opening, the heating opening is located between the pressing and pasting roller and the guide roller, and a combustor is arranged in the heating opening; the gas outlet end of the proportioning valve is connected with the gas inlet end of the burner, the gas inlet end of the proportioning valve is used for being connected with a gas source, and the proportioning valve is in linkage with the guide roller so that the opening size of the proportioning valve can be controlled through rotation of the guide roller. The combustion power of the combustor can be automatically and synchronously adjusted according to the coiled material unfolding speed.
