The invention discloses a nano polycrystalline tantalum diboride block material and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method mainly comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing tantalum powder and boron powder according to a molar ratio of 1: (2-4) to obtain mixed powder; performing compression molding on the mixed powder by using a hydraulic machine to obtain a blocky blank; placing the blocky green body in a synthesis cavity in a heating container, and keeping the temperature and the pressure for 20 minutes at the pressure of 5.0 GPa and the temperature of 1100-1400 DEG C; and after the set time is up, stopping heating, naturally cooling to room temperature, and then relieving the pressure to normal pressure to obtain the tantalum diboride block material. According to the preparation method, a special nano precursor and a complex synthesis process are not needed, the components, the purity and the grain size of the tantalum diboride material are adjusted by directly mixing elementary substance components and adjusting the synthesis temperature, and the nano polycrystalline tantalum diboride block material is prepared in one step.
本发明公开了一种纳米聚晶二硼化钽块体材料及其制备方法,其制备方法主要包括如下步骤:将钽粉和硼粉按照1:(2~4)的摩尔比混合均匀,得到混合粉末;利用液压机将混合粉末压制成型,得到块状坯体;将块状坯体置于加热容器中的合成腔体内,在5.0 GPa的压力下、1100~1400℃的温度下保温保压20min;到达设定时间后,停止加热,自然冷却至室温,然后卸压至常压,即得到二硼化钽块体材料。该制备方法不需要特殊的纳米前驱体与复杂的合成工艺,直接通过单质成分的混合,通过调节合成温度来调整二硼化钽材料的组份、纯度以及晶粒大小,一步制备出纳米聚晶二硼化钽块体材料。
