The invention discloses an underwater dismantling method for a steel-concrete structure of a steel cofferdam. The construction method comprises the following steps. The method comprises the steps of 1, construction preparation; 2, main equipment is prepared, wherein a hydraulic rope sawing machine and a floating crane are prepared; 3, the steel-concrete structure is subjected to blocking operation; 4, a wire saw is installed; 5, steel and concrete dismantling operation is carried out; step 6, realizing cut object treatment operation; and step 7, performing underwater operation construction operation by the diver. The method has the following construction characteristics that the method is not limited by the size and the shape of a cut object, and a large reinforced concrete structure can be cut and dismantled; the cutting speed is high, a notch is straight, subsequent procedures are not needed, and a building structure is not damaged; cutting in any direction, such as the transverse direction, the vertical direction and the diagonal direction, can be realized; and the construction period can be shortened through rapid cutting. The cutting efficiency is about 2.2 m < 2 >/h; and the cutting process can be remotely controlled.
