The invention provides a high-strength bolt shear connector which comprises a bolt, a cushion block, a first reaming nut and a second reaming nut, the first reaming nut and the second reaming nut are provided with threaded holes, and the first reaming nut and the second reaming nut are configured to be capable of being meshed with the bolt. The first chambering nut and the second chambering nut are respectively divided into a thick section and a thin section along the extending direction of threads, the cushion block is provided with an open hole, and the outer wall surface of the thin section of the first chambering nut is matched with the open hole of the cushion block. Through combination of the reaming nut and the cushion block, the shearing strength of the high-strength bolt is guaranteed; and through detachable connection of the bolts, disassembly is convenient, and repeated use can be achieved.
