The invention discloses a detachable steel-concrete composite bridge complete-set bolt shear connecting piece and a construction method thereof.The connecting piece comprises a plurality of bolts connected to a steel beam and a plurality of embedded parts embedded in a prefabricated concrete bridge deck slab, and each embedded part comprises an upper steel plate, a lower steel plate and a plurality of round steel pipes connected between the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate; and after the bolt penetrates through the embedded part, the steel base plate is mounted and the nut is screwed. The prefabricated concrete bridge deck slab and the steel beam of the steel-concrete composite bridge can be detachable, later use and maintenance are facilitated, wet operation of the concrete bridge deck slab can be greatly reduced, stressed steel bars can also penetrate through and be continuous, and the construction efficiency is improved. Full prefabrication of the concrete bridge deck slab is basically achieved, and the overall stress performance of a shear-resistant connecting area of the concrete bridge deck slab is facilitated.
