Butyl pressure-sensitive adhesive, preparation method thereof and waterproof coiled material
The invention discloses a butyl pressure-sensitive adhesive, a preparation method thereof and a waterproof coiled material. The butyl pressure-sensitive adhesive provided by the invention comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 20 parts by weight of butyl rubber; 3-15 parts by weight of polar rubber, and the polar rubber comprises acrylate rubber and chloroprene rubber; 1-3 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent; 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of a crosslinking accelerator; 35 to 45 parts by weight of tackifying resin; 20-30 parts by weight of a plasticizer; 1-3 parts by weight of an anti-aging agent; and 5-15 parts by weight of a filler. By introducing polar rubber, a cross-linking agent and other components into a butyl pressure-sensitive adhesive material system, the polarity and surface energy of the material can be improved, and a three-dimensional network cross-linked structure can be generated, so that the wettability and adhesion between the butyl pressure-sensitive adhesive and an adhesive are improved, and meanwhile, the waterproof coiled material is endowed with excellent waterproof performance. In addition, the preparation method of the butyl pressure-sensitive adhesive provided by the invention is simple in process, short in time consumption and low in equipment requirement, can be well compatible with the existing process, and has great large-scale application potential.
