The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof coiled materials, in particular to a butyl rubber macromolecule self-adhesive waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof. Comprising a butyl rubber substrate layer, and two sides of the butyl rubber substrate layer are respectively provided with a visbreaking particle protection layer, a waterproof layer, an enhancement layer, a self-adhesion layer and a silicone oil isolation film layer. Visbreaking particles in the visbreaking particle protection layer are prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 20 to 30 parts of gray cement, 10 to 20 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a cross-linking agent and 0.01 to 0.05 part of an anti-ultraviolet anti-aging auxiliary agent; the silicone oil isolating membrane layer is arranged in the butyl rubber polymer self-adhesive waterproof roll, so that the self-adhesive layer can be prevented from being bonded too early, and the operation freedom degree in the laying process is ensured; due to the arrangement of the visbreaking particle protection layer, the self-adhesive layer can be protected from being damaged in the transportation and storage processes; the reinforced aluminum foil film can improve weather resistance, reflect solar radiation and improve heat insulation performance.
