The invention relates to the technical field of sleeper construction, and discloses a composite material sleeper reconstruction construction method which comprises the following steps: measuring at the bottom of existing punching equipment by adopting a millimeter wave radar positioning system device to finally obtain data, inputting the data into a computer, and obtaining the distance between sleepers so as to facilitate accurate punching; the sleeper is paved by adopting an intelligent paving method, and the material of the polymer composite material sleeper has high strength performance, good weather resistance, high fatigue resistance, long service life, ultraviolet aging resistance and corrosion resistance, so that the problems of poor damping effect, weak weather resistance, short service life and the like of the existing concrete and wood sleeper are solved. Compared with a traditional concrete sleeper, the efficiency of the sleeper in the laying and replacing process is improved, meanwhile, the polymer composite material sleeper has the shock absorption and noise reduction effects, good supporting conditions are provided for a train in the running process, and the train can have a safe and good running environment.
本发明涉及轨枕施工技术领域,公开了一种复合材料轨枕改造施工方法,包括以下步骤:采用毫米波雷达定位系统装置在现有打孔装备的底部进行测量最终得到的数据输入电脑,得到轨枕之间的距离以方便进行精准打孔,轨枕的安装采用智能化铺设的方法进行铺装,且高分子复合材料轨枕的材质具有高强的性能,耐候性好,抗疲劳强度高,使用寿命长,耐紫外线老化、耐腐蚀,解决了现今混凝土、木轨枕的减震效果差、耐候弱、使用寿命短等问题。与传统的混凝土轨枕相比,采用本发明不仅提高了轨枕在铺设更换过程的效率,同时,高分子复合材料轨枕具有减震降噪效果,为列车行驶过程中提供了良好的支持条件,使列车能够有安全良好的行驶环境。
