The invention discloses an automatic control concrete curing device and a curing method. The water tank, the water pump and the water pipeline provided with the first electromagnetic valve are sequentially communicated, the water pipeline is communicated with the maintenance pipeline located on water on one side of concrete, the multiple nozzles controlled by the second electromagnetic valve are installed on the maintenance pipeline in parallel, and the temperature and humidity sensor is installed on the foundation ground on one side of the concrete. The backwashing mechanism comprises an air compressor, an air storage tank, a third electromagnetic valve and a cleaning pipeline, an outlet of the air compressor is communicated with an inlet of the air storage tank, an outlet of the air storage tank is communicated with an inlet of the cleaning pipeline, the cleaning pipeline is provided with the third electromagnetic valve, an outlet of the cleaning pipeline is communicated with the inlet end of the water pipeline, and the cleaning pipeline is provided with a heating device. The concrete curing device is simple in structure, labor cost is reduced, water resources are saved, concrete is cured automatically, and the curing effect is improved; after each time of water spraying maintenance is finished, water in the water pipeline is completely discharged by the backwashing mechanism, and the pipeline is prevented from being frozen by low temperature.
本发明涉公开了一种自动控制的混凝土养护装置及养护方法。水箱、水泵和安装第一电磁阀的水管路依次连通,水管路与位于混凝土一侧水的养护管路连通,养护管路并联安装多个由第二电磁阀控制的喷嘴,温湿度传感器安装在混凝土一侧的基础地面上,还包括反冲洗机构,反冲洗机构包括空气压缩机、储气罐、第三电磁阀、清扫管路,空气压缩机的出口与储气罐的进口连通,储气罐的出口与清扫管路的进口连通,清扫管路安装第三电磁阀,清扫管路的出口与水管路的进口端连通,清扫管路安装加热器件。本发明结构简单,降低人工费用,节约水资源,自动对混凝土进行养护,提高养护效果;每次喷水养护完毕,反冲洗机构将水管路内的水排净,防止低温冻坏管路。
