The invention relates to a high-wear-resistance composite ceramic material and a preparation method thereof, the high-wear-resistance composite ceramic material takes a ceramic material as a main body material, and the ceramic materials in the high-wear-resistance composite ceramic material are combined together in two combination states; wherein one is that the ceramic materials are combined together in an ionic bond and covalent bond combination state, and the other is that the ceramic materials are combined together in a chemical bond mode through high polymer materials, so that the high-wear-resistance composite ceramic material with the combination state of the two ceramic materials is formed. According to the invention, the ceramic material is subjected to secondary sintering to prepare the composite ceramic material with a combined structure of two ceramic materials, and a small amount of high-molecular polymer is combined with the ceramic particles in a chemical bond manner, so that the formed composite ceramic material has higher wear resistance; the overall wear resistance, toughness and other properties of the ceramic material can be further improved.
