High-wear-resistance composite aluminum oxide ceramic lining and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high-wear-resistance composite aluminum oxide ceramic lining and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of ceramic materials. The aluminum oxide ceramic lining mainly comprises the following raw materials: alpha-Al2O3 powder (A) with the purity of 95%, SiC powder (B) and BN powder (C). The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing A and B according to a defined ratio, putting the prepared A and B into a ball mill for full ball-milling, performing spray drying granulation on uniformly mixed slurry, and screening to obtain substrate powder; (2) preparing A, B and C according to a defined ratio, putting the prepared A, B and C into the ball mill for full ball-milling, performing spray drying granulation on uniformly mixed slurry, and screening to obtain surface-layer powder; (3) adding about 1/2 by volume of the substrate powder into a mould, spreading out, lightly pressing, adding the rest substrate powder by volume, and performing dry press forming by adopting a dry press forming method; (4) sintering under N2 protection in a high-temperature atmosphere oven at 1,450-1,500 DEG C. The wear resistance of the low-cost aluminum oxide ceramic lining is improved.
