When many constructors exist at the upper end of the lifting operation table, a platform damping base at the lower end of an operation platform base can extrude a damping telescopic rod inwards in an operation table damping cavity, and after the damping telescopic rod is extruded, a component force connecting rod on the outer side of the damping telescopic rod can pull a component force sliding block to extrude a second damping spring inwards; in this way, the pressure borne by the lower end of the operation platform can be converted into horizontal component force to act on the second damping spring, the pressure borne by the operation platform can be offset through the second damping spring, and therefore damage to the operation platform is reduced.
本发明公开了一种冷库装配式钢结构施工用操作平台及其使用方法,包括操作平台基座、升降操作台、操作台控制器、升降控制架和平台减震基座,所述操作平台基座上表面四角均固定连接有活动伸缩杆,本发明通过设置的平台减震基座,当升降操作台上端有较多的施工人员时,操作平台基座下端位置的平台减震基座能够在操作台减震腔向内侧挤压减震伸缩杆,当减震伸缩杆受到挤压后,减震伸缩杆外侧的分力连接杆能够拉动分力滑块向内侧挤压减震弹簧二,以此方式能够将操作平台下端位置受到的压力转化为水平分力作用于减震弹簧二,通过减震弹簧二能够对操作平台受到的压力进行抵消,从而减少了对操作平台的伤害。
