Excavator heat dissipation energy-saving control system and control method
The invention discloses a heat dissipation and energy conservation control system and method for an excavator. Comprising an environment temperature sensor, a medium temperature sensor, a controller, a cooling fan rotating speed control device, a cooling fan and a radiator. The environment temperature sensor is exposed outside and collects the ambient air temperature around the machine. The medium temperature sensor is mounted in the radiator; the environment temperature sensor is electrically connected with the controller; the medium temperature sensor is electrically connected with the controller; the controller is electrically connected with the cooling fan rotating speed control device; the cooling fan rotating speed control device is connected with the cooling fan; through the controller, the working state of the excavator is judged, the environment temperature, the hydraulic oil temperature and the like are collected, and when the excavator is in the idling working condition and the monitored temperature is within a reasonable range, the rotating speed of the cooling fan is reduced; when the environment temperature is low, the rotating speed of the fan is compensated according to the environment temperature, the rotating speed of the cooling fan is reduced, and therefore the purpose of reducing energy consumption of a cooling system is achieved.
本发明公开一种挖掘机散热节能控制系统及控制方法;包括环境温度传感器、介质温度传感器、控制器、散热风扇转速控制装置、散热风扇、散热器;环境温度传感器裸露在外,采集机器周围环境空气温度;介质温度传感器安装于散热器中;环境温度传感器与控制器电性连接;介质温度传感器与控制器电性连接;控制器与散热风扇转速控制装置电性连接;散热风扇转速控制装置与散热风扇连接;本发明通过控制器,判断挖掘机工作状态、采集环境温度、液压油温等,在挖掘机怠速工况且监测温度在合理范围内时,减小散热风扇转速;在环境温度较低时,根据环境温度,对风扇转速进行补偿,减小散热风扇转速,以此达到减少散热系统能量消耗的目的。
