The invention relates to a shading device which comprises a shading curtain (24), a traction device (22) and a winding shaft. The shade comprises a first and a second light-shielding layer (241, 242), which respectively comprise at least two light-transmitting regions (241a, 241b, 242a, 242b) of different light-transmitting characteristics. The traction device comprises a first traction part (221) and a second traction part (222), the first traction part pulls the first light shielding layer, and the second traction part pulls the second light shielding layer. The winding shaft is provided with a first connecting part connected with the first light shielding layer and a second connecting part connected with the second light shielding layer. When the window shade is in the stowed state, the first and second light shielding layers are wound on the winding shaft and in a first relative position. When the window shade is in a fully unfolded state, one of the connecting portions applies an increased pulling force to the corresponding shading layer compared with the pulling force in the folded state, so that the first shading layer and the second shading layer are in a second relative position. The invention also relates to a vehicle having such a shading device.
