The air entraining agent comprises fatty alcohol sulfonates and sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate. The invention further provides a preparation method of the large-flow-state light-weight high-strength EPS concrete. A proper amount of the air entraining agent, the EPS particles and the glass beads are added into the concrete, the purpose of reducing the density of the slurry is achieved, and the slurry has super-large fluidity, good workability, low apparent density, high compressive strength, low water absorption and excellent thermal insulation performance. The material can be used for manufacturing external wallboards, internal wallboards, floor slabs, roof panels, insulation boards and the like.
