When the surface rock stratum needs to be excavated, replaced and compacted, and the lower horizontal layer of the culvert is poor foundations such as soft soil, marsh and sludge, geotechnical cloth needs to be laid in the surface of the pipe bottom subbase layer, the settling volume of the whole culvert is reduced, and the situations that the bottom subbase of the culvert pipe sinks in the future, the culvert pipe deforms and is damaged due to long-term compression and the like can be effectively avoided.
本发明公开了一种涵管施工工艺,通过设计砂垫层施工,在基坑最外侧开挖底基层,换填中粗砂或砂砾或碎石土,在涵管安装前进行校正,在基坑最外侧各延伸2m范围内开挖底基层,换填中粗砂或砂砾或碎石土,涵洞下卧层为岩石时,应将表面岩层挖除换填并压实,涵洞下卧层为软土、沼泽、淤泥等不良地基时,还应在管底底基层表面内铺设土工布,减少整道涵洞的沉降量,可有效的避免日后涵管底部底基下沉,涵管长期受压导致变形出现破损等情况发生。
