Connecting construction method for underpinning beam and existing pier
The invention provides a construction method for connecting an underpinning beam and an existing pier. The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, a plurality of evenly-arranged rabbets are chiseled in the side face of an existing pier bearing platform; 2, drilling is conducted on the tongue-and-groove to obtain a plurality of steel bar planting holes, during drilling, a steel bar detector is adopted to detect the positions of existing steel bars in the existing pier bearing platform, and if conflicts exist, the drilling positions are adjusted, so that the existing steel bars are avoided; thirdly, after the steel bar planting holes are constructed, the steel bar planting holes are cleaned through a brush and clean compressed air; fourthly, bar planting glue is poured into the bar planting holes, connecting steel bars are selected, one ends of the connecting steel bars stretch into the bar planting holes, then hammering is conducted, the connecting steel bars are planted, and the other ends of the connecting steel bars are anchored to the underpinning steel bars; and fifthly, after the embedded steel bar glue forms the strength, concrete of the underpinning beam is poured. The construction method is simple in procedure and easy to construct, and the technical problems that connection between the underpinning beam and the existing bridge pile is not safe enough, and safety accidents are prone to occurring are solved.
本发明提供一种托换梁与既有桥墩连接施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、在既有桥墩承台的侧面上凿出多个均匀排列的企口;步骤二、在企口进行钻孔得到多个植筋孔,钻孔时采用钢筋探测仪探测既有桥墩承台中的既有钢筋位置,若有冲突调整钻孔位置,从而避让既有钢筋;步骤三、植筋孔施作完成后,用刷子及清洁的压缩空气清理植筋孔;步骤四、在植筋孔内灌入植筋胶,选用连接钢筋,将连接钢筋的一端伸入植筋孔内,然后进行锤击从而植入连接钢筋,连接钢筋的另一端锚固在托换钢筋上;步骤五、待所述植筋胶形成强度之后,浇筑托换梁的混凝土。本发明的施工方法工序简单易施工,解决托换梁与既有桥桩的连接不够保险,容易出现安全事故的技术问题。
