The high-low grade concrete intercepting device comprises two sets of cross beam side plates and a cross beam bottom plate, transverse steel bars are erected in the two sets of cross beam side plates, a plugging block is arranged at the end of the cross beam bottom plate, and an intercepting structure is arranged between the two sets of cross beam side plates above the plugging block. The intercepting structure comprises a top rail and a beam side plate, the bottom of the top rail is fixedly connected with a rubber separation core mold, the rubber separation core mold comprises a rubber air bag, an inflation inlet is formed in the rubber air bag, an inflation pipe is installed in the inflation inlet, and an inflation valve is installed at the end of the inflation pipe. The rubber air bag comprises a top air bag and finger air bags, and reinforcing steel bar passing openings are reserved between the finger air bags; through the arrangement of the intercepting structure, the intercepting rate of high-grade concrete is increased, the problem that the concrete flows in high-grade and low-grade areas is effectively solved, the occurrence of strong beams and weak columns is avoided, and the structural quality is guaranteed.

本发明公开了一种高低标号混凝土拦截装置及施工方法，包括两组横梁侧板和横梁底板，两组横梁侧板内架设有横向钢筋，所述横梁底板的端部设有封堵块，所述封堵块上方的两组横梁侧板之间设置有拦截结构，所述拦截结构包括顶部轨道和梁侧板，所述顶部轨道的底部固定连接有橡胶分离芯模，所述橡胶分离芯模包括橡胶气囊，橡胶气囊的上安装有充气口，充气口内安装有充气管，充气管的端部安装有充气阀门，所述橡胶气囊包括顶部气囊和与指部气囊，所述指部气囊之间留有钢筋通过口；本发明通过拦截结构的设置，提高了对高标号混凝土的拦截率，有效的降低了混凝土由高低标号区域串流的问题，避免了强梁弱柱的出现，保证了结构的质量。
