The high-low grade concrete intercepting device comprises a fixing assembly which is obliquely arranged in a to-be-intercepted concrete pouring area and comprises a first transverse rod, a second transverse rod and two hollow vertical rods; the first transverse rod and the second transverse rod are telescopic in length, the two ends of the first transverse rod are each provided with a first through hole, the two ends of the second transverse rod are each provided with a fixing hole, and one end of each vertical rod penetrates through the corresponding first through hole and is connected with the first transverse rod. The end, away from the first transverse rod, of each vertical rod is connected with the second transverse rod through the corresponding fixing hole. The two winding and unwinding assemblies are in one-to-one correspondence with the two vertical rods, and each vertical rod is provided with one winding and unwinding assembly. The two opposite sides of the flexible intercepting net are fixed to and wound around the two winding and unwinding assemblies correspondingly. The size of the flexible intercepting net can be adjusted according to the width of a to-be-intercepted concrete pouring area, and the intercepting stability and the intercepting efficiency of high-grade and low-grade concrete are improved.
