The invention discloses an energy-saving waterproof construction process for a window frame of a building outer wall. The energy-saving waterproof construction process comprises the following specific steps: roughening two sides and an upper opening of a window opening of the outer wall by adopting high-strength mortar; the window frame is fixed to the window opening through expansion anchor bolts; gaps between the window frame and the upper portion and the two sides of the window opening are densely filled with a foaming agent, the foaming agent needs to be continuously applied, the part with the width larger than that of the window frame is pressed into the window frame before the foaming agent is condensed, and the foaming agent is complete in structure and is as wide as the window frame or slightly smaller than the window frame; after the foaming agent is coagulated and hardened, high-strength mortar is adopted for painting and finishing window openings in the upper portion and the two sides, fine aggregate concrete is adopted for densely filling gaps between the window frame and the lower portions of the window openings, the outer side of the windowsill drains water outwards, and an inner opening in the outer side of the windowsill is flush with a lower opening of the window frame; constructing an outer wall energy-saving thermal insulation layer and a facing decoration layer; applying sealant along the periphery of the window outer opening, and finally installing the window sash.
