The invention discloses a main-auxiliary steel rail with bolts pressing down a main rail. The auxiliary rail is a special-shaped channel steel, a notch of the auxiliary rail just envelops the rail waist and the rail bottom of the main rail, and the waist parts of the main rail and the auxiliary rail are pressed and fixed through bolts. Downward-pressing threaded holes are formed in the positioning plates on the two sides of the auxiliary rail, and downward-pressing bolts are screwed through the downward-pressing threaded holes and then pressed to the main rail to force the main rail to downwards press the auxiliary rail. Due to the fact that the height of the wheel feeding end of the main rail is equal to that of the wheel facing end of the main rail, as long as the bottom faces of the wheel feeding end and the wheel facing end of the main rail are downwards and tightly pressed on the auxiliary rail bottom plate and the auxiliary rail does not deform, the rail faces of the wheel feeding end and the wheel facing end of the main rail do not form height difference, and therefore steps are prevented from being formed. On the basis of eliminating the step diseases, the break angle diseases and the rail seam diseases can be further eliminated, so that the joint diseases of the seamed rail are completely eliminated.
