The temperature matching curing method comprises the steps that a cooling water circulation system is designed; concrete is mixed and poured; after each layer of circulating cooling water pipe is covered by concrete and is vibrated for a certain time, the layer of cooling water pipe can be started to supply water for cooling water circulation; after concrete pouring is completed, concrete setting and hardening conditions are observed, the top of the concrete member is immediately covered with a plastic film after initial setting, and the volume V of a water storage tank of the cooling water circulation system and the amount of circulating water pumped out of the water storage tank are controlled according to the area S of the top face of the concrete member. By means of internal cooling water cooling and external cooling circulating water storage and heat preservation, the internal and external temperature difference and the cooling rate of the mass concrete member can be effectively controlled, the internal and external temperature difference is obviously lower than the 25 DEG C control requirement of existing specifications and technologies, and the cooling rate is obviously lower than the 2-3 DEG C/d control requirement of the existing specifications and technologies; the problem of cracks of mass concrete in the prior art is solved.
