The invention relates to the technical field of deep and far sea platforms, in particular to an offshore floating type platform pile body lifting system and method. The offshore floating platform pile body lifting system comprises a plurality of lifting devices, the lifting devices and pile bodies are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, each lifting device comprises a fixed part, a movable part, a first connecting assembly, a second connecting assembly and a first telescopic mechanism, the fixed parts are fixedly arranged on an offshore floating platform, the movable parts are arranged below the fixed parts, and the second connecting assemblies are arranged below the movable parts. The first connecting assembly is arranged on the fixed part, the second connecting assembly is arranged on the movable part, the first connecting assembly and the second connecting assembly are operably connected with or separated from the pile body, and the first telescopic mechanism is arranged between the fixed part and the movable part so as to drive the movable part to move up and down. According to the offshore floating type platform pile body lifting system and method, through stretching and retracting of the first telescopic mechanism and driving of the movable part, the pile body moves downwards step by step till being inserted into the seabed, and the descending time of the pile body is greatly shortened.
