The invention relates to an integrated steel cofferdam structure and a construction method thereof. The integrated steel cofferdam structure comprises a cofferdam frame; the steel protection cylinders are fixed to the cofferdam frame through connecting beams, the cylinder walls of the steel protection cylinders define a vertically-extending cylinder cavity, the cylinder cavity downwards penetrates through the steel protection cylinders, and the cylinder cavity upwards penetrates through the steel protection cylinders through gas injection holes; and the sealing element is detachably mounted in the gas injection hole. Synchronous positioning of the steel casings of the cofferdam structure can be achieved through one-step positioning, the underwater working time is shortened, the positioning difficulty is lowered, the cofferdam can float integrally, and the transportation difficulty of the integrated cofferdam structure is lowered.
本发明涉及一种集成式钢围堰结构及其施工方法,其包括:围堰框架;相互平行的若干钢护筒,所述钢护筒均通过联系梁固定于所述围堰框架,所述钢护筒的筒壁围成竖向延伸的筒腔,所述筒腔向下贯穿所述钢护筒,所述筒腔向上通过注气孔贯穿所述钢护筒;密封件,所述密封件可拆卸的安装于所述注气孔。可通过一步定位实现围堰结构各个钢护筒的同步定位,缩短了水下工作的时间,降低了定位的难度,且可使围堰整体漂浮,降低了集成式围堰结构的运输难度。
