The invention discloses a perpendicularity monitoring device and method for a prefabricated pipe pile, and relates to the technical field of pile foundation construction.The device comprises a flexible plastic plate and an induction dynamometer, the induction dynamometer is installed on the inner wall of the flexible plastic plate, the flexible plastic plate is installed on the inner wall of a vertical steel plate, and the prefabricated pipe pile is installed on the inner side of the induction dynamometer; signal transmission is carried out between the induction dynamometer and external terminal equipment. The method comprises the steps that the steel chisel is driven into soil, and preliminary leveling is conducted through the leveling plate; the end of a gradienter on the leveling plate is placed in the limiting hole, the prefabricated pipe pile is inserted into the vertical steel plate till the prefabricated pipe pile is fed into the soil layer, and the vertical steel plate is adjusted to be horizontal through the gradienter to be perpendicular to the horizontal plane; when static pressure is monitored through the induction dynamometer, the vertical position of the prefabricated pipe pile is monitored. The levelness of the steel plate and the perpendicularity of the steel pipe are guaranteed through the threaded leveling plate, and meanwhile the vertical steel plate round hole horizontally guides and adjusts the perpendicularity of the prefabricated pipe pile during static pressure.
本发明公开了一种预制管桩的垂直度监测装置及方法,涉及桩基础施工技术领域,装置包括柔性塑料板和感应测力计,感应测力计安装在柔性塑料板内壁上,柔性塑料板安装在竖直钢板内壁上,感应测力计内侧安装预制管桩,感应测力计与外部终端设备进行信号传输。方法包括将钢钎打入土内,通过调平板进行初步平整;将调平板上的水平仪端部放于限位孔内,并将预制管桩插设于竖直钢板内直至送入土层内,通过水平仪调整竖直钢板水平,让竖直钢板垂直于水平面;通过感应测力计监测静压时,预制管桩的垂直位置。本发明通过螺纹调平板保证钢板水平和钢管的垂直度,同时通过竖直钢板圆孔水平对预制管桩的静压时垂直进行引导和调整作用。
