The invention discloses a solar-driven absorption refrigeration coupling heat pipe heat exchange air cooling water production device which comprises a solar heat collection system, an absorption refrigeration system and an air cooling water production system, the absorption refrigeration system receives radiation heat transmitted by the solar heat collection system, and the whole solar-driven absorption refrigeration circulation process is completed; the air cooling water production system and the absorption type refrigeration system are coupled through the gravity type heat pipe heat exchanger, and refrigerating capacity generated by the absorption type refrigeration system is transmitted to the air water production system through the gravity type heat pipe heat exchanger and exchanges heat with wet air to generate condensate water. The gravity type heat pipe is adopted to replace a power pump and an evaporator in a traditional absorption type refrigerating unit, cold transfer between systems and self-circulation of working media in the heat pipe are achieved through gravity, input of external energy is not needed, and the overall power consumption and the size of the refrigerating system are reduced. Solar energy is used as a driving heat source of the absorption refrigeration system, and the system is low in overall energy consumption, energy-saving and environment-friendly.
本发明公开了一种太阳能驱动吸收式制冷耦合热管换热空气冷却制水装置,包括太阳能集热系统、吸收式制冷系统和空气冷却制水系统,吸收式制冷系统接收太阳能集热系统传递的辐射热量,完成整个太阳能驱动吸收式制冷的循环过程;空气冷却制水系统和吸收式制冷系统通过重力式热管换热器进行耦合联接,吸收式制冷系统产生的制冷量通过重力式热管换热器传递至空气制水系统,与湿空气进行换热产生冷凝水。本发明采用重力式热管代替了传统吸收式制冷机组中的动力泵及蒸发器,依靠重力实现系统间的冷量传递和热管内部工质的自循环,无需外部能源的输入,减小了制冷系统的整体功耗和体积。使用太阳能作为吸收式制冷系统的驱动热源,整体能耗低,节能且环保。
