Urban underground inspection well inner wall repairing material and construction method
The invention relates to a repairing material for the inner wall of an urban underground inspection well. The repairing material comprises a strong concrete layer and an impermeable film layer. The strong concrete layer is made of modified Portland cement, and the modified Portland cement is prepared from a Portland cement component, a slag component and a siliceous slag component according to the mass fraction ratio of (75-80): (20-10): (5-10); the impermeable film layer is prepared from unsaturated epoxy resin, tert-butyl ester (catalyst) and PX16 (curing agent) according to the mass fraction ratio of (90-110): (0.8-1.2): (0.7-0.9); and the inner wall is sprayed by adopting a CCM inspection well centrifugal spraying technology. The strong concrete layer is attached to the outer side of the original inspection well bricking layer. The impermeable film layer is attached to the outer side of the strong concrete layer. The characteristics of the two different materials are integrated, and the obtained repairing material has the advantages of ultrahigh strength, wear resistance, strength, corrosion resistance and good anti-seepage performance, and can be used for quickly repairing the diseases such as corrosion, cracks, leakage, plaster falling, launder damage and the like of the inner wall of the inspection well.
