The invention discloses a method for constructing and repairing an inspection well without cutting off water, which can finish the detection and repairing construction of the inspection well under the condition of not plugging and guiding and discharging. The water-stop sheet which is provided with the liquid drainage one-way valve in a penetrating manner is adopted to assist the inspection well in draining liquid downwards, so that the air charging device can be closed after the liquid in the inspection well is completely drained, and the inner cavity of the inspection well does not need to be continuously charged with air in order to maintain the liquid level in the inspection well; therefore, the inflation device does not need to maintain high pressure and high flow when detecting the well wall of the inspection well and spraying and repairing the well wall of the inspection well, and the workload of the inflation device can be greatly reduced.

本发明公开了一种不断水施工修复检查井的方法，其能在不进行封堵和导排的情况下，完成对检查井的检测和修复施工；且采用穿设有排液单向阀的隔水板辅助检查井下排液体，可在排尽检查井中液体之后关闭充气装置，不需要为了维持检查井内的液位而对检查井内腔持续充气，故不需要充气装置在对检查井井壁进行检测时和在对检查井井壁进行喷涂修复施工时维持高压高流量，可大大减轻充气装置的工作负荷。
